The Prodigy Verdict
The Private Club Standard.
The Seabourn Encore took the beloved architecture of the Odyssey Class and added one additional deck and 150 more guests. The result is a ship that feels incredibly spacious and modern without losing the intimacy Seabourn is famous for. Designed by Adam Tihany, the interiors are curved, nautical, and evoke the feeling of a private mega-yacht. It is a strictly all-inclusive environment where champagne flows freely, gratuities are neither required nor expected, and the crew anticipates your needs before you do.
- Foodies: The quality of ingredients (Regiis Ova caviar) is unmatched.
- Couples: The atmosphere is quiet, romantic, and distinctly adult.
- Explorers: The "Ventures by Seabourn" program offers Zodiac outings directly from the ship.
- Entertainment: Shows are low-key cabaret style; do not expect Broadway productions.
- The Retreat: Unlike the rest of the ship, this private cabana deck requires a daily fee.
- Families: There are no kids clubs or dedicated facilities for children.
The Social Hubs
There are no water slides or casinos filling the space. The zones are designed for conversation, reading, and cocktails.
Seabourn Square
The "living room" of the ship. Replaces the traditional reception desk with concierge pods, a library, and a high-end coffee bar.
Observation Bar
Located on Deck 11 forward. Offers 270-degree views, afternoon tea, and pre-dinner tapas. The skylight creates a stunning ambiance.
The Retreat
A sanctuary of 15 private cabanas surrounding a central whirlpool. It offers a dedicated concierge and lunch menu, but requires a reservation fee.
Spa & Wellness
Partnered with Dr. Andrew Weil. It offers a holistic approach with yoga, meditation, and a thermal suite that is arguably the best in the luxury sector.
The Marina
A retractable platform at the stern. On select warm-water days, it opens for kayaking, banana boating, and swimming in the open ocean.
The Club
The late-night venue. Features a small casino, a dance floor, and an outdoor terrace with a plunge pool.
Gastronomy
Seabourn is all-inclusive. You can dine in any venue without a cover charge, and fine wines are poured freely.
Solis
Fine Mediterranean
The new signature venue celebrating Mediterranean cuisine. Replaced the Thomas Keller Grill in 2024. Features lighter, fresher, sun-drenched dishes.
Sushi
Japanese
An intimate venue serving hamachi, torched salmon, and high-end sake. It is small, so reservations are recommended (but free).
The Restaurant
Main Dining
Open seating dining with white-glove service. The menu changes daily and offers everything from blackened grouper to beef wellington.
Earth & Ocean
Al Fresco
By night, the pool deck transforms into this rustic outdoor venue. Dishes are served in tagines and cast iron pots under the stars.
The Colonnade
Casual Bistro
A high-end buffet for breakfast and lunch, transforming into a table-service bistro for dinner with themed nights (e.g., Indian Market).
Caviar in the Surf
Beach Event
On specific beach days, the crew wades into the water with surfboards laden with caviar and champagne for guests. Iconic.
Where It Sails
Seabourn Encore follows the sun, spending summers in the Mediterranean and winters exploring Asia and Arabia.
- Greek Isles & Turkey
- Holy Land & Arabia
- Thailand, Vietnam & Singapore
Because of its small size, Encore can dock in city centers (like Bangkok or Ho Chi Minh City) where larger ships have to dock hours away.

The Vibe Check
Is this ship for you? It is quiet, refined, and deeply relaxing.
Think "Country Club" casual. Jackets are rarely required (except maybe one formal night), but the dress code is elegant. It is never rowdy.
Well-traveled professionals and retirees. You will meet interesting people from around the world who care more about the destination than the ship's features.

Suite Recon
There are no inside rooms or ocean views. Every single room on Seabourn Encore is a suite with a private veranda.
Veranda Suite
Starting at 300 sq ft, these are huge by industry standards. They feature walk-in closets, marble bathrooms with separate tub and shower, and a stocked bar.
Penthouse Suite
Separates the bedroom from the living area for true privacy. Ideal for longer voyages where you might want to entertain guests in your room.
Wintergarden Suite
The most coveted address. Features a glass-enclosed solarium with a tub and daybed, perfect for soaking while watching the world go by.
