The Prodigy Verdict
The Country Club.
Seabourn Quest is an intimate, all-suite vessel that excels at "The Seabourn Difference"—a style of service that feels intuitive rather than transactional. Crew members learn your name and preferences within 24 hours. The ship is large enough to offer multiple dining venues and a proper theater, but small enough to dock in the heart of St. Tropez or navigate the Amazon. Recent refurbishments have replaced The Grill with "Solis," a light, modern Mediterranean concept that perfectly fits the ship's breezy elegance.
- Couples: Seeking a romantic, quiet atmosphere with no children.
- Foodies: The culinary program is high-level, with unlimited Regiis Ova caviar.
- Explorers: The Marina Day allows you to kayak directly from the back of the ship.
- Nightlife: The ship is generally quiet after 11:00 PM; this is not a party vessel.
- Dress Code: While relaxed during the day, Formal Nights are strictly observed in the main restaurant.
- Age: There are no dedicated kids' facilities or programs.
The Club Vibe
Public spaces on Quest are designed to feel like a private living room. There are no crowds, ever.
Seabourn Square
The "living room" of the ship. Replaces the traditional reception desk with concierge pods, a coffee bar, and library.
The Marina
A retractable platform at the stern. On select "Marina Days," you can swim, kayak, or ride banana boats directly from the ship.
The Club
The aft lounge venue. Features live music, cocktails, and an outdoor terrace with a plunge pool. The late-night spot.
Observation Bar
Located on Deck 10 forward with 270-degree views. The prime spot for Afternoon Tea or watching the ship sail into port.
Spa & Wellness
Created in partnership with Dr. Andrew Weil. Offers mindful living seminars, yoga, and a thermal suite with heated loungers.
The Retreat
A quiet outdoor area on Deck 11 featuring shuffleboard and a 9-hole putting green. A hidden gem for reading.
Dining & Provisions
Seabourn is all-inclusive. There are no surcharges for any dining venue, and caviar is available on demand.
Solis
Fine Mediterranean
The new signature venue replacing The Grill. Focuses on light, fresh Mediterranean cuisine, handmade pastas, and sustainable seafood.
The Restaurant
Main Dining
Open seating. An elegant room serving globally inspired menus. The "Classic" menu is always available.
The Colonnade
Bistro / Buffet
Buffet for breakfast and lunch; table service for dinner with themed menus (e.g., Indian Market Dinners). Indoor and outdoor seating.
Earth & Ocean
Al Fresco Patio
The pool deck transforms into a romantic dinner venue under the stars. The menu is sophisticated despite the casual setting.
In-Suite Dining
Course-by-Course
Dinner is served course-by-course in your suite by your steward. You can order from The Restaurant menu during service hours.
Premium Wine
Reserve List
While fine wines are poured freely included, there is a "Reserve" list for rare vintages if you wish to splurge.
Where It Sails
Seabourn Quest is a globe-trotter. It specializes in destinations larger ships cannot reach.
- Antarctica & Patagonia (Winter)
- Mediterranean Gems (Summer)
- Canada & New England (Fall)
Look for the "Ventures by Seabourn" sailings. These include Zodiac landings and kayak expeditions led by an expert team, even on non-expedition ships like Quest.

Cost Reality

Order the "Caviar in the Surf" experience if your itinerary includes a beach day. Uniformed staff will wade into the water to serve you champagne and caviar on a floating surfboard.

Suite Recon
Every room on Seabourn Quest is a suite with ocean views. Most have verandas.
Wintergarden Suite
Features a glass-enclosed solarium with a soaking tub and daybed. It is the most distinctive suite on the ship, offering total privacy and light.
Veranda Suite
The "standard" room is anything but. At 300 sq. ft. plus balcony, with a walk-in closet and marble bath, it feels like a penthouse on other lines.
Signature Suite
Located forward with expansive wrap-around balconies. These offer immense space and are often preferred over the Wintergarden for the views.
